Yes. Novello is an unfiltered, first cold pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Because it's unfiltered, the clarity and colour vary depending on when in the season you order.

It depends when in the season you order. Close to pressing, your Novello is cloudy; later in the season it pours clearer. Why?

Novello is stored in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, where the oil naturally settles over time. When you order, we 'rack' the oil, decanting from above the sediment line into a bottle.

The result is a robust, high-polyphenol extra virgin olive oil with fine micro-sediment, untouched by light, air and heat right up until the time of your purchase. Each bottle may look a little different, proof you're enjoying authentic, unfiltered olive oil as nature intended.

Single-source first cold-pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil derived 100% from Frantoio olives from Kangaroo Island. Gluten free, non-GMO, suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Novello is an exceptional drizzling EVOO that enhances a wide variety of dishes. Uses include finishing a main course, dressing a salad, drizzling over grilled vegetables, or enjoying with a slice of ciabatta.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place away from heat and sunlight – 2 year shelf life. If purchased with a Novello Pourer, be sure to remove the plastic insert out of the bottle first before inserting the pourer.

Domestic Shipping: Orders are shipped via your chosen carrier with a tracking number. The exception is PO Box deliveries, which go via Australia Post only.

International Shipping: All orders are shipped with Australia post with tracking. Shipping costs are calculauted at checkout based on your order weight and location.
