SHIPPING POLICY (DOMESTIC)
Shipping costs are determined by the carrier based on the weight and size of your order, not a flat fee. This ensures fairness for all customers, with no markups or one-size-fits-all charges. We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $100 (excluding bulky items). For orders with free shipping, we use the shipping carrier with the lowest rates.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours. Estimated delivery times:

• South Australia: 1–4 business days
• Other states & territories: 3–7 business days

International shipping costs are determined by the carrier based on the weight and size of your order. Free shipping is not available for international orders. Please note that delivery times are longer for international shipments. All customs duties and taxes are included with the price of your order at checkout.

Bulky items such as 10L & 20L Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and Bulk Carton Table Olives are excluded from free shipping, so we recommend bundling multiple bulky items to get the most out of your delivery cost.
