2026 First-Harvest Novello
For just a few weeks each year our family harvests the season's first Frantoio olives from our heritage-protected farm on Kangaroo Island, South Australia. Picked young and vibrant, these under-ripe olives are cold-pressed into an oil unlike any other; intense, peppery, bitter, and bursting with freshness.

In Italy, early harvest olive oil is called Novello. It's more than olive oil; it's a celebration of a new season and a tradition that's brought families together for generations. Every harvest we gather around the table with fresh bread, seasonal produce and Novello – a ritual we're proud to continue to this day.
Novello is stored in tanks and bottled on demand to preserve its freshness. Because it's unfiltered, it will continue to evolve from the moment it is pressed, as gravity settles the suspended fruit particles to the bottom of the tanks. Each bottle may look a little different as time goes on – proof you're enjoying authentic, unfiltered extra virgin olive oil as nature intended.

Novello is an exceptional drizzling EVOO that enhances a wide variety of dishes. Uses include finishing a main course, dressing a salad, drizzling over grilled vegetables, or enjoying with a slice of ciabatta.
Storage: Store in a cool and dry place away from heat and sunlight – 2 year shelf life. If purchased with a Novello Pourer, be sure to remove the plastic insert out of the bottle first before inserting the pourer.
Domestic Shipping: Orders are shipped via your chosen carrier with a tracking number. The exception is PO Box deliveries, which go via Australia Post only.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout with free shipping over $100 unless your order contains any of our bulky items which are not eligible for free shipping. Tip: For best value with bulky items, bundle multiple items and save.
International Shipping: All orders are shipped with Australia post with tracking. Shipping costs are calculauted at checkout based on your order weight and location.
