KI Olives is committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. This Refund & Returns Policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, we offer a 10 Business Day return period from the date you receive your order.

To request a return, please contact us at info@kiolives.com.au within this period, quoting your order number.

Change of mind returns are accepted provided that:

• the product is unused, unopened and in its original conditions
• the product is returned in its original packaging or equally suitable packaging;
• the product has not been damaged, altered, dropped or broken after delivery;
• the product has been stored in accordance with any storage instructions provided;
• the return has been approved by KI Olives before being sent back; and
• the product is not a perishable food item that has been opened or otherwise cannot be resold for food safety reasons.

Customers are responsible for all return postage, insurance and freight costs for change of mind returns. We recommend returning items using a tracked or registered postal service, as KI Olives accepts no responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Returns received without prior approval may be refused and returned to the sender.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly fulfilled, partially fulfilled, or does not comply with the guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us as soon as reasonably practicable at info@kiolives.com.au, including your order number and photographs where appropriate.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or supplied in error, KI Olives will, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and within a reasonable time:

• replace the affected product;
• repair the product (where appropriate); or
• provide a refund to your original payment method.
