A mixed variety of seasonal olives picked throughout the harvest window to produce this convenient little Mediterranean-style table olive mix. Naturally fermented, olives are slow-cured at different stages of maturity which results in an assortment of flavour, texture, size, colour and ripeness.
Seasonal olive varieties that may include Frantoio, Leccino, Koreneki, Kalamata, Manzanillo, Verdale, water, salt, vinegar. Olives are whole and contain pits.

Olives are best served at room temperature. Discard brine and marinate using our award-winning Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Enjoy the olives on their own, on a grazing platter or with antipasto.
Storage: Store in cool, dry place. Refrigerate once opened and reseal pouch after each use. Keep olives submerged in brine. Prolonged exposure to heat, light and air may affect quality. 2-year shelf life
