ノヴェッロは、ろ過されていない超早期収穫のオリーブオイルであるため、時間の経過とともに自然に沈殿します。細かいオリーブの粒子がゆっくりと沈むため、オイルは透明になり、瓶の底に天然の沈殿物の薄い層ができることがあります。これは完全に自然な現象であり、本物の搾りたてのエクストラバージンオリーブオイルの特徴です。

Novello is stored in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and bottled on-demand, not at the time of pressing. As a natural unfiltered extra virgin olive oil, it continues to evolve as gravity settles the fruit particles to the bottom of the tanks. When you order, we rack the oil, decanting from above the sediment line into a bottle.
The advantage of this method is you receive a robust, high-polyphenol extra virgin olive oil that keeps its fine micro-sediment, without the heavier particles you'd get if it were bottled straight after pressing. And because it's kept in tanks up until you order, it stays untouched by light, air and heat for as long as possible.
Each bottle may look a little different, proof you're enjoying authentic, unfiltered olive oil as nature intended.

保存方法：高温多湿、直射日光を避け、涼しい場所で保存してください。賞味期限は2年です。ノヴェッロポアラーと一緒にお買い上げの場合、ポアラーを挿入する前に必ずボトルからプラスチックインサートを取り外してください。
