Description
Novello (meaning ‘new oil’) is the first cold-pressed EVOO of the new season harvest. It signifies the commencement of harvest – the ‘new beginnings’ some might say.
For Extra Virgin Olive Oil lovers, Novello is your ‘cream of the crop’. Each bottle contains over 1000 Frantoio olives and nothing else. It is untouched by other additives or chemicals – just 100% naturally-grown Kangaroo Island olives.
Tasting Notes:
This year’s Novello has an intense fresh green tomato & fig leaf aroma. It has excellent flavour transfer that includes complex herbaceous notes. Unlike other years, our 2022 Novello has a beautiful light, creamy mouthfeel. It has moderate to high levels of bitterness and pungency with a long finish.
