Our original, award-winning first cold-pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Ingredients: Single ingredient product derived 100% from olives.

Tasting notes: Fresh grassy aroma, medium-bodied flavour, herbaceous with a zest of tomato leaf.

A good all-round EVOO perfect for use with; salads, pasta, meat, fish, bread, soup and saute’ing.

One of our cheeky little local recipes is Octopus Carpaccio. Made using Ferguson Australia octopus, pig face, wasabi guacamole, fermented onion drizzled with Kangaroo Island Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Paired with Bay of Shoals Riesling.
