Description
First Cold Pressed 2023 Extra Virgin Olive Oil in an ‘easy-pour’ bulk drum.
Simply sit your drum on top of your counter and decant it into your existing bottles with the included screw-in tap. Great for sharing with family and friends, or buying in bulk and getting great value for money.
Ingredients: Single ingredient product derived from 100% from olives.
Tasting notes: Fresh grassy aroma, medium-bodied flavour, herbaceous with a zest of tomato leaf.
A good all-round EVOO perfect for use with; salads, pasta, meat, fish, bread, soup and saute’ing.
Tap Instructions
- Make sure the lid is secure
- Lay the drum down with the bung plug facing up
- Use a large phillips head screwdriver (or another similar item) to loosen the bung plug
- Insert the drum tap and screw it on gently and firmly. Do not over-tighten.
- Make sure the valve is in the closed position before you lift the drum upright.
- Lift the drum upright into position
Tip: Remember to loosen off the top lid when filling and tighten it back up when you’re finished
