Kangaroo Island Olives' is a South Australian agribusiness focused on regenerative agriculture and sustainable farming. Today, the family farm known as 'Little Liguria' is a mixed farming operation that includes olive groves, honey bees, seasonal grazing and agri-tourism. Large areas of woodlands have been dedicated to land care and wildlife conservation. Major olive cultivars include Kalamata, Frantoio, Koroneiki, Jumbo Kalamata, Leccino, Pendolino, Manzanillo, Arbequina, Picual, Hojiblanca, Columella and Ligurian. Olives are harvested once a year to produce award-winning extra virgin olive oil and table olives.
